Robust and efficient design
esbelt® PVC belts designed for olive oil processing have ribbed profiles and 15 mm high side walls, preventing overflow and loss of olives during inclined or horizontal transport.
esbelt´s PVC belts with 15mm high herring-bone profiles and side walls prevent olives from falling off the belt. Its robust design also prevents the belt from elongating during peak production. With thousands of metres already installed in olive processing plants across Spain, our belts have proven to be 2.5 times higher in load capacity compared to other PVC brands of conveyor belts.

Solutions for small spaces
In olive mills with little space, where conveyors must overcome large differences in height, our belts with Runer® sidewalls and cleats are usually installed, thus avoiding the backward movement or overflow of the olives.

Brochure: Herringbone belts ()
The best solution for inclined conveying of bulk materials. Robust belts with a load capacity 2.5 times greater than competing PVC belts. Highly versatile in colors and chemical resistance for different product families.
Brochure: Washflow filter belts ()
TPU filter belts, with 6×6 mm and 12×12 mm mesh sizes, are designed for efficient washing and conveying of vegetables, fruits, and frozen foods. They also provide excellent drainage of liquids and effective screening of solid residues.
Process
Washflow for draining olives. Olives are washed upon reception in the hopper. They are conveyed on esbelt´s TPU mesh belt WASHFLOW with profiles that resist the strong flow of water and high speed. In the second part of the video, the olives are completely drained on WASHFLOW. These belts have been installed in many olive processing plants. They are easy to clean and do not elongate.

Attachment of Runer® sidewalls without base
"Runer®", sidewalls without base, are welded directly onto the top cover of the conveyor belts. We have "Runer®" in PVC with and without reinforcements, and in TPU without reinforcement.
Attachment of cleats
TPU or PVC cleats, flights or transverse profiles are attached using high frequency welding machine, which provides a strong, precise, and durable bond without adhesives or irregularities. This method guarantees a uniform surface and allows for the adaptation of profiles of different shapes and materials according to the application, improving performance in inclined conveyors and product sorting.

Perforated belts are used in applications such as vacuum belts, drainage and filtration belts, belts for bucket elevators, and in other industrial processes. We have the ability to perforate conveyor belts in different configurations, with hole sizes between 2 and 30mm.
