Durable and resistant belts
esbelt® has a wide range of PVC and TPU belts for the recovery, transfer, classification, and separation of all types of waste.
In the primary reception or transport area, Espot or Drago belts are used depending on the type of materials to be selected. Tanto las bandas Espot and the Drago are antistatic according to ISO 284 standard, have a flexible weave that allows transport in troughs and have excellent tear resistance. In addition, Espot are FDA-EU food grade and resistant to vegetable and animal oils and fats.
As for the belts in the Drago, presentan resistencia a los aceites y grasas minerales. In the sorting area where the different materials (scrap metal, thermal materials, paper, cardboard, plastic, etc.) are separated, Breda and Keram belts are used. For example, the Breda 19UFMT-BK, Breda 21UFMT-BK and Breda 31 UFMT-BK are installed in the optical sorters (coming from plastic containers) and the Keram 40RF for the classification of metal or sharp waste.
In the sorting and rejection processes, there is a large number of conveyors working at different levels. It is necessary to have belts that can work on small pulley diameters to meet the diverse conveyor designs and requirements.

Eddy Current Separator
We manufacture belts for non-ferrous metal separators using the eddy current principle. Matte black TPU covers with high resistance to abrasion and chemicals. Manufacturing widths of more than 2 meters and different belt thicknesses depending on the type of magnetic separator.

Optical sorter
TPU belts for optical sorters. Our belts for this application are capable of working at high speeds of between 4 and 6 m/s while remaining completely uniform and flat. Resistant TPU covers and a structure formed by high mechanical performance fabrics.

Reinforced profiles
Reinforced profiles with high resistance to impacts are used on inclined conveyors at the reception of waste material as well as at the later part of the process.
The profiles are welded using high frequency and maintain a perfect bond with the belt.
