Antistatic belts resistant to mineral oils
Our Drago series belts (D20CC, D30CC, and D40CC) are typically used in troughed conveyors after the atomizer as our belts have proven to resist the high temperature of the atomized clay.
For the vertical bucket elevators, the D30CC, D40CC, and D81CC are recommended, along with the abrasion- and temperature-resistant Vercan series polyamide buckets, which are lighter and more energy-efficient than their metal equivalents.
Our Breda and Hipro series belts are popular options for conveying processed clay from molders, extruders, presses and cutters in roof tiles and brick production. Cleats and sidewalls can also be fixed to our Breda series belts which work efficiently as inclined conveying of powdered clay and minerals.
Although our green Drago, Breda and Hipro belts are most commonly used in the ceramic industry, we do have clients who prefer to use our range of Febor white belts for conveying white clay.
During the glazing process, our TPU round belts convey the tiles through curved sections, and the ridge top belts carry them through the liquid glaze. For general conveying of tiles, our coated trapezoidal belts are the preferred option in many ceramic plants.
Features

Attachment of Runer® sidewalls without base
"Runer®", sidewalls without base, are welded directly onto the top cover of the conveyor belts. We have "Runer®" in PVC with and without reinforcements, and in TPU without reinforcement.
