Belts with Runers® and profiles

esbelt® conveyor belts with Runer® sidewalls and transverse profiles offer an alternative to troughed belts, optimizing conveying capacity and safety in handling bulk materials.

Increased conveying capacity

Increase in capacity between 50% and 80% compared to conventional belts.

Avoid material overflow

Prevents wear of the belt cover by trough rollers. Eliminates the need for side skirts, preventing material overflow even in the discharge area.

Ease of centering and flexibility

Facilitates centering of the belt on horizontal rollers. Allows inflections to pass from horizontal to inclined conveying or vice versa.

Types of Runer® sidewalls

PVC with interior polyester reinforcement: High resistance to compression, ideal for long conveyors or with inflections.
PVC without reinforcement: For small conveyors without inflections.
TPU Standard and Premium: Without internal reinforcement, suitable for food contact (FDA, EU), anti-hydrolysis and detectable by metal detectors and X-ray machines.
Runer® without base welded directly to the belt.
Runer® with base welded manually.

Transverse Profiles

Prevent material from moving backwards in inclined conveying.
Configure cleats right next to the sidewall edges, increasing the load capacity.
Available in PVC and TPU, with different heights and hardnesses (70º ShA PVC, 85º ShA TPU).
With and without base for welding with high frequency machines.
With wide base for manual welding.
