Verna

Polyolefin or silicone belts

Verna Belts: for organic and aromatic products

The esbelt® Verna series includes polyolefin and silicone conveyor belts for applications requiring contact with organic and aromatic products, and especially for tobacco transport, which requires a superior polyolefin covering. They are non-toxic, FDA and EU food grade, with good material grip on the belt and easy release at the end of transport.

Polyolefin for the tobacco sector

Our polyolefin belts successfully pass the pyrolysis test. In the event of combustion, the material generates only carbon dioxide and water vapor, without releasing nitrogenous or halogenated compounds, making it safer for sensitive environments and regulated processes such as in tobacco processing.

Silicone for adhesive products

Silicone belts offer excellent release of the transported product, even in applications with sticky or difficult-to-handle materials. Its non-stick surface facilitates continuous flow and reduces the risk of accumulation.
