Accessories

In addition to conveyor belts, we manufacture a range of accessories that complement conveying needs.
We produce a wide range of thermoplastic profiles for welding directly onto the belt covers, in transverse, longitudinal, or V-shaped arrangements, functioning as cleats, guides, or sidewalls.
We also offer lightweight thermoplastic buckets and galvanized screws for elevator belts.

Profiles

Cleats with grooved base

They are welded onto the carrying surface of the belt in inclined conveyors. They prevent the conveyed material from slipping. Optimal conveying capacity of up to 70º inclinations. Available straight and inclined, in FDA, EU food grade and anti-static versions. Oil resistant. Available in PVC, TPU, polyolefin and polyester.

Cleats without base

For drums with reduced diameters. Available in blue PVC, FDA, and EU food grade.

Cleats with wide base

For manual welding to the belt cover with a hot air welder. Available in PVC, straight and inclined.

Square profiles

Square section profiles that can be positioned as an inner tracting guide or laterally as a retaining wall. They can also be placed transversally or in a "V" shape. Available in PVC and TPO.

Trapezoidal profiles

Trapezoidal PVC, TPU, TPO, and TPE profiles for use as inner tracking guides, lateral retaining wall, transversal profile, or in "V" shape.

Reinforced profiles

Straight and inclined profiles available in PVC and TPU, in blue, black, and green colors. Robust and durable design with excellent resistance to cuts and tears. They increase the transverse rigidity of the belt, ideal for applications in demanding conditions where profiles are exposed to impacts. Available in smooth finish or with embossment.

Square profiles

Square section profiles that can be positioned as an inner tracting guide or laterally as a retaining wall. They can also be placed transversally or in a "V" shape. Available in PVC and TPO.

Trapezoidal profiles

Trapezoidal PVC, TPU, TPO, and TPE profiles for use as inner tracking guides, lateral retaining wall, transversal profile, or in "V" shape.

Notched guide profiles

PVC and TPU notched guide profiles. Available in FDA, EU food-grade, and antistatic versions. The excellent uniformity of the notches increases flexibility and reduces the minimum drum diameter by 10% compared to guides without notch.

Short finger profiles

Mainly used in harvesters for thin-skinned fruit (apples, nectarines, peaches, pears, etc.) and in the conveying and selection of asparagus.

Finger profiles

For inclined conveying of fruits and vegetables, preventing sudden impacts that could damage their appearance. When conveying frozen food, the products do not stick to the finger profile thanks to its cylindrical structure.
