Hipro Belts: For demanding industrial processes

The esbelt® Hipro series includes high-performance PVC conveyor belts specially designed for use in harsh working conditions. Their excellent resistance to abrasion, humidity, mineral oils, and static electricity makes them especially suitable for the paper, cardboard, graphics, and sheet metal transport industries.

HPVC Covering

High-performance PVC formulation (HPVC) that is resistant to abrasion, mineral oils and greases, and is anti-static.

Abrasion resistance similar to elastomers

Its excellent abrasion resistance is even superior to some elastomers. Suitable for transporting and processing cardboard, paper, wood, and other abrasive materials.

Top cover finish with fabric imprint (Y1) and grip imprint (G).
Bottom cover with conductive resin impregnation.
