Thermoweldable Belts

Esbelt’s termoweldable belts are manufactured in TPU or TPE, allowing for quick splicing using heat. They are ideal for sectors such as food or ceramics, thanks to their high durability, chemical resistance, and availability in food-grade versions. These belts are available in multiple types—round, trapezoidal, pentagonal or with a ridge top—and can include internal polyester reinforcement to improve their mechanical performance.

Types

Round belts

TPU round belts with or without polyester reinforcement. Smooth or rough finish in different diameters. Easy and quick joining. Resistant to abrasion, oils, and chemicals. Gran capacidad de carga.
Disponibles en TPU, color verde, amarilla y en azul, FDA y EU alimentaria, con o sin refuerzo de poliéster. Also available in Polyester without reinforcement.

Trapezoidal, ridge top, pentagonal, and with coated top cover belts

TPU termoweldable belts with or without polyester reinforcement. Wide variety of measurements. Trapezoidal belts with smooth or rough coatings. Easy and quick joining. Resistant to abrasion, oils, and chemicals.
