Smart Drive

Smart Drive is the esbelt® range of positive drive belts, an alternative to modular and homogeneous belts. Designed to meet the most demanding requirements, it is made of Premium TPU with high resistance to animal and vegetable fats, abrasion, and hydrolysis, and complies with EC 1935/2004, EU 10/2011, and FDA regulations.

Flexibility in design

It adapts to conveying needs and can be configured in multiple ways to guarantee its best performance in each application.

Optimal belt centering

The teeth on its bottom cover facilitate optimal centering, preventing damage from misalignment, saving expenses and maintenance time.

Configurations

Teeth

The teeth on the bottom cover of Smart Drive are a key solution to guarantee precise centering and avoid misalignments that can damage the belt or system components. By integrating into the bottom cover of the belt, these teeth act as an active guide during operation, automatically aligning the belt and reducing lateral wear.

Pitch between teeth: 20, 40 and 50 mm.

Transverse profiles and Runer

To expand the functional capabilities of Smart Drive, optional transverse profiles and sidewalls, can be incorporated into the top cover, adapting to the specific needs of each application.

Straight and inclined TPU profiles of various heights available for the top cover of the belt.

TPU sidewalls to be installed on the top cover of the belt.

Sprockets

PEHD sprockets for transferring the traction exerted by the motor to the movement of the Smart Drive belt with very high precision and dimensional stability.
