Conveyor belts for chocolate and sweets

Belts for sticky doughs

At esbelt®, we offer a very wide variety of conveyor belts for the different manufacturing processes of chocolates, candies, chewing gum, and other confectionery products.

For conveying extruded sweet doughs that are hot and very sticky, we recommend our Verna series and Novak 13SF silicone belts due to their excellent non-stick properties. Available in one or two plies, depending on the load and drum diameter.

When conveyng cold and non-sticky doughs, we recommend our Clina TPU belts, such as the Clina S09UF, which is highly appreciated in the sector.

For the elevation of bulk products, such as candies, we recommend the Clina S12UF or S20UF with profiles and sidewalls welded on their covers using high frequency machine.

For cooling tunnel exits of biscuit and sweets after chocolate baths, eselt® has a wide variety of TPU belts capable of withstanding low temperatures, while maintaining high longitudinal flexibility, allowing it to work in applications with knife edges.

Our thermoplastic polyurethane TPU belts are excellent as conveyor belts for chocolate processing lines.
